What the hell is wrong with Grandy? She's seriously tired! I'm getting used to this whole back to work thing. You'll all be real proud of the fact that I haven't been putting in the long days. It's just that my body must be adjusting even to "normal" days.
And so...I never even got to come say HI and announce it was my birthday! Yep!! Grandy turned another year older yesterday. Hubby and son were very sweet to me again (I'm so truly blessed) with this...
See these? The blue one is mine. The one on the left...THAT is one that my son had saved his money for and baught himself!! He wants to go Kayaking with me. How flippin' cool is this?? We all had such a great time Kayaking in Mexico, and I when I went with friends in September. I had told Hubby that when my health was finally better, I wanted to do more things like this... as a family.Well, my Hubby was paying attention indeed. He looked around and got a great deal on this. Took our son down and they picked out Ty's and mine. We took them out that afternoon. Hubby will be getting himself one too but he has to get a bigger one and he said that he learned a little while ago that I don't like it when he buys me "his and her" gifts.
HE IS PAYING ATTENTION!!!
Well, because Grandy is feeling so incredibly blessed, she has gone and made a gift for all my blogging buds. I'm new at making these awards, but realize that you are all in need of a gift bestowed. I hope it looks alright! And remember...it's the thought that counts!!!

I'm just getting back on track now with the blogging thing, and I wanted to respond to your comment about the html/shortcuts thing that I mentioned.
When you are on the page to create/edit a post, right above the box you type in, there are some things to click on... these are the shortcuts. Not that I've figured them all out, but there's b for bold and i for italics and the next one is to make a hyperlink rather than typing in the html, which you can also do with the < things. The hyperlink one is especially convenient as all you have to do is copy and paste the URL in the box that pops up. With html, you type in the whole a href... etc. Hope that explains a bit.
And hope that your birthday was super-fantastic!
