Commuter's Emergency Kit

As a commuter, it is vital to have certain things available close by and handy.

Napkins in glove compartment? Check

Lotion in glove compartment? Check

Hand sanitizer in center console compartment? Check

CD's in back of seat? Check

Lint roller in side compartment? No? Where did it go?

Oh, carpool friend found it on the floor. Phew!

Except this lint roller had attracted a little more than just lint...

I'm thinkin' I could be on to something here.

It could come in handy.

By Jove I think she has something there!

ROFL! YES! Use that to fish out the loose change that fell under the seats for tolls ;)

Hmmm, I'm thinking that's a good thing to pick up. It's far more useful than the linkt!

(Do you have flowers in your bud vase? Mine has antenna toppers)

You mean you weren't looking for those little suckers?

Hmph.

My emergency kit is going to start containing a notebook to write down random thoughts to blog about, cause I am in a serious slump! And a lint trap to attract random shtuff on. Teehee.

Jenn~ Pennicillin was invented by accident too.

Mike~ Glad you liked it!!

Sandy~ BRILLIANT!! Thanks for the idea!!!

Suzanne~ No flowers, hubby doesn't like them. So I use it to hold hair ties and clips. Must be prepared when the top is down.

I read, I read- you are so very clever! I've been absorbed with pool manager duties and sick- not ill, but emptying the blood in my body. Now I'm recovering- anemic and tired as ever. I click on the entre cards and I get to the same Lee Doyle site? it's confusing for me cause I don't spend much time on it, I guess. Kelsey went back to school today...so far.

lol, that was funny and a great list too ;) thanks for sharing the fun.

Ha ha that looks like the lint roller that fell on the floor in MY car too except it was other items (not silverware) stuck to it! LOL

That's a good list. I never had checklists routinely, only during exams. Thanks for the ad.

ROFL I know those lint rollers were good for something beside lint and animal hair. Now I know what!

That's great! I picked up the link roller in the kitchen and caught a plate, box of poptarts and a thing of windex..that's some sticky stuff

never again lose your fork and knife lol. Wow when we clean out our car we always find something unexpected. Mainly because we have a 3 year old and he loves to jam things into the seats lol.

Napkins are important in the car, but I think wet napkins are indeed important as well.

Last night, Issei was complaining that he couldn't get a race car that had run under the entertainment center....remembered your post...found the lint roller, taped it to the broom handle and VOILA!!! We got the race car...a couple of legos...and whole bunch of "fuzz bunnies"!!!
QVC....here you come!!!

Quick! Call the patent office! :-)

Grandy said...

Mrs. G~ I might actually have to WATCH QVC for that, huh?

XUP~ Ooohh, I like the expansion idea.

MP~ Share a couple pop tarts this way. :)

Rachel~ Mine is 12...and we still find random things in the car.

Motherhood~ Glad you liked, thanks for stoppin' by.

Travis~ Was it really loud? or just a little out loud?

Speaking of commuting...how many MPG do you get in that cute little car of yours? I am trying to convince the hubs to trade in the Tahoe for a small car for me and he can have my Matrix. I want people to play slug bug when I drive by...
