Bonus Post...Because I CAN!!

Alright, so hubby will be watching to see if I can go a day without posting. It's not that I CAN'T, it's just that I don't know if I want to. I have to ease out of this 30 day commitment thing early.

I found myself reading all my blogger buds' posts until after midnite so I thought I would post an extra one. This way...hubby doesn't even have to know. I do no longer feel compelled to copy the post over to the NoMoPoMo site, but YOU are still stuck with me.

So...just a quick little dialogue to crack you up before I go to bed. This is an actual conversation I had with one of our consultants over the phone the other day. It's been 3 days and I'm still playing it over and over again.

Consultant: Alright, read back to me the three questions I told you to ask.
Me: Alrighty, "When was the last time you touched 'The Unit'?"
---Pregnant Pause---
Consultant: Mary, are you still there?
Me: Yes, but I'm stuck on that question.
Consultant: Why?
Me: When you said it, it was no problem. But when I say it, I somehow feel a
Consultant: HA!! You know I wondered if the question would faze you.
Me: Oh, I'm fazed...and now I need a bath.

Thank you folks...I'm here all week!! Give or take...G'Nite!!!

I am up early watching it snow over here, and I thought I'd check in. And look a bonus Mary post! You are just the kind of girl I would like to work with. You gotta have a sense of humor or what's the point? I'll be over here checking regularly. Thirty days does sort of make the fingers nimble doesn't it? See you soon,

Woohoo, another post! Back in the day when I worked in radio, I read a news feature about some satellite and a coworker reread it to me after I signed off-it was dripping in filth. I needed a shower.

Good Afternoon Grandy,
Thanks for stopping by the other day. I'm so glad you did. I always enjoy meeting and getting aquainted with new friends. I do hope you will come back sometime. I have cousins that live in the Southern part of California. They live near or around El Centro. I have been out to California several times. When my Grandparents were still alive, they lived out there around that same area. We drove out there 2 times. It is hot down in that area. It gets up to 120 degrees. They don't have the humidity that we have here in Arkansas. Well, take care my friend and have a great weekend. May God Bless You and Yours.
